3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
3.1 Platform Content and Ownership
The Platform and its original content, features, functionality, and AI technology are owned by the Company and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
3.2 Limited License to Users
Subject to these Terms of Use, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for educational purposes.
3.3 User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or share through the Platform ("User Content"). Teachers should review AI-generated content before using it with students.
7.3 Educational Outcomes
We make no guarantees regarding educational outcomes or results from using the Platform. The effectiveness of the Platform depends on various factors, including proper implementation, student engagement, and individual learning contexts.
7.4 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.
8. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its licensees, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the Platform.

If you have any concerns or disputes about the Platform, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us.
10.2 Arbitration
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and the Company agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India.
10.3 Exceptions
Nothing in these Terms of Use will be deemed to waive, preclude, or otherwise limit the right of either party to seek injunctive relief in a court of law.

Educational institutions agree to cooperate with the Company in the event of any data security incident involving student information.
13. OFFLINE FUNCTIONALITY
13.1 Data Synchronization
The Platform offers certain offline capabilities. When using offline features, data will be stored locally on your device and synchronized with our servers when connectivity is restored.
13.2 Limitations of Offline Use
Some features may be limited or unavailable during offline use. The Company is not responsible for any data loss due to synchronization issues.
